Evan Smith is ordained in The United Church of Canada. Evan is a life-stages doula working with people through various life transitions from birthing, re-naming, and marriage and commitment ceremonies all the way to end-of-life celebrations. Evan is passionate about creating magical events that mark life passages in order to honour them and the people and communities they affect. As someone who identifies as queer, trans, and 2-Spirit, Evan has been inspired to make sure that all ceremonies lift people up with the dignity and reverence they deserve regardless of the make up of their relationships or how they identify.
