We offer pop up weddings in Toronto, we come to your location or give you a few choices of venues in downtown Toronto. Choose your pop up wedding package and we will take care of the flowers, the food, the music – all you do is arrive and take a deep breath!  After the custom ceremony, celebrate with a sparkling toast with your guests.  A talented photographer will capture the reception as you enjoy canapes and cake.

We named our pop up wedding company Joyously Inclusive because we strongly believe that all couples deserve a meaningful wedding celebration no matter their budget, faith, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression. Couples just like you expressed to us that a mainstream wedding doesn’t resonate with them. Their financial goals don’t allow for an extravagant event. They feel the energy and time that goes into a full year of planning can create stress and take away from enjoying their wedding day.  They just want to simplify without sacrificing on the specialness of the moment, and we are all about creating Joyous moments!

Wedding Consulting and Coordination

Hourly Consulting starts at $75 per hour

Want to make planning your low-key fun intimate wedding completely stress free?  We are your one stop shop for affordable consulting and/or coordinating services to make sure you enjoy the planning as much as the wedding.

Consulting Services:

Don’t know where to start?  Need ideas for themes, venues and vendors, but looking to plan and organize the wedding yourselves?  Let us help you get  started and/or keep you on track with our consulting services.  Initial meeting is $150 and then $75  an hour.  Guided planning packages start at $450 and can include: defining your vision, creating a reasonable budget, wedding day timeline, selecting vendors, final review before the wedding day.

Wedding Coordination:

We offer partial and full wedding coordination services to make sure that your time is still available to live your life – even though you’re planning a wedding!

Month of Wedding Coordination Packages start at $1500.00.

Full Wedding Coordination Packages are based on our hourly rate of $75 and determined in accordance with your needs.

Adding Videography

Capture your wedding’s memorable moments with our Videography add-on package!

Pop-up Rate: $550 CAD flat rate all inclusive of edits, video recording, audio recording, as well as delivery.

Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Please note that there is a $150.00 non-refundable payment required to book your date.
